Cancellation Policy

Booking & Service Policies Thank you for choosing The Marquee Method LLC. To provide the highest level of service for every client, we’ve established the following policies. Scheduling Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We recommend scheduling recurring cleanings in advance to secure your preferred day & time. Appointment requests are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation from The Marquee Method. Arrival Window We strive to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time. Occasionally, traffic or a previous appointment may cause minor delays. If we’re running behind, we’ll always keep you informed. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window before or after your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or appointments where we are unable to access the home may be charged the full service amount. Pets We love pets! Please let us know about any pets during your intake process. For everyone’s safety, we ask that pets who may become anxious or protective around visitors be secured during your appointment. Fragrance Preferences Your comfort matters. We offer fragrance-free products as well as optional light signature scents. Please let us know your preference prior to your appointment. Add-On Services Additional services ie: refrigerator cleaning, oven cleaning, interior windows, laundry, or organization should be requested before your appointment whenever possible. If time allows, we’ll gladly accommodate additional requests during your visit. Payment Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include: Credit/Debit Card ACH Transfer Cash Check Satisfaction Guarantee Your happiness is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours & we’ll gladly return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. Respecting Your Home We treat every home with the same care & respect we’d give our own. If we notice anything unusual during your appointment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. No Judgment.
